Since 2003, Gabriela has dedicated her career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns. As a licensed psychotherapist and vocational counselor, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care designed to help clients heal, gain clarity, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

With more than two decades of clinical experience, Gabriela has worked in a variety of mental health settings supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and other emotional difficulties. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience when provided with the right guidance, support, and therapeutic tools.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Gabriela offers therapy in both languages, creating a welcoming and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Originally from Argentina and having lived in Canada for 19 years, she brings a multicultural perspective that allows her to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Gabriela integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Humanistic Therapy, and Relational Therapy. For clients who desire it, she also incorporates Christian counseling, thoughtfully integrating faith and psychological principles to support emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being while respecting each person's beliefs and values.

In addition to psychotherapy, Gabriela specializes in vocational counseling and career development. Through personalized career assessments, vocational exploration, and practical job-search strategies, she helps clients identify their strengths, discover fulfilling career paths, and make confident, informed professional decisions aligned with their values and goals.

Gabriela's goal is to empower each client with the insight, confidence, and practical skills needed to overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting, positive change.
